I had an amazing smoothie post workout today. Here’s what I did:
– 0.5 c. Greek yogurt
– 2 handfuls of blueberries
– a few bits of watermelon and watermelon juice (you know how it collects in the bottom of the container after you’ve diced it? I just poured it on in there.)
– some water to thin it out
Blended up and oh so tasty! I forgot to take a picture because it disappeared fairly quickly.
