Back to it

Thanks for the well-wishes everyone!  I’ve scaled down my workout schedule for this week so as not to overdo it.  I’ve cut out my intervals and am running at a slower pace and/or less distance.  I’ve also added an extra yoga class to put in place of one strengthening session.

Those few days of practically all refined carbs and not enough calories took the energy right out of me – being off routine can certainly throw your body out of sync.  I feel like I’m mostly recovered although I’m still on the low end of calories which is another reason why I decided to tone down the intensity.  I hope you’re all having a great week!
