[ominous voice] “The Stick.”

I had a fabulous run yesterday but today my muscles all feel like one gigantic knot. My calves are so tight that it looks like they are ridiculously sculpted when “relaxed.” The girly part of me wants to throw on a dress and pumps and walk around town like this. However, that’s probably not too conducive to getting them untangled and feeling better. It’s almost like when I had shin splints but not anywhere near as painful. Add to the list: neck, shoulder, and back muscles all in a rage and you have a recipe for one cranky feeling moi.
