Since the weather’s not ideal this time of year and my mileage is lower I’ve decided to put more focus into strengthening and flexibility. I’ve conjured up my own plan so we’ll see how it goes. As for running I’ve been doing the maintenance runs and not much else at the moment. I’m thinking about starting a streak; maybe it’ll help me feel more motivated. I’m also thinking of testing out some podcasts on runs, any other ideas?
In totally unrelated news..I’m currently liking the new Bruce Springsteen song, hehe.
