I usually reserve these QotD’s for my personal blog but because this is nutrition (and therefore justifiable as sports related in my mind) I’m going to answer this one 🙂
01. Fresh veggies: spinach, peppers, cucumber, carrots, etc.
02. Fresh fruit: apples, bananas, and in-season fruits
03. Peanut butter
04. Brown or wild rice
07. Soy yogurt
10. Energy bars/gels/drinks
