Super fast!

I was supposed to do an easy run…my knee was still bothering me going down stairs though so I ran for ten minutes, at a “super fast!” pace (as determined by how I felt; I’m unsure of what my actual pace was)…not much to report besides that!  It felt like nothing and I was planning on just skipping out of a run today but I’m glad I got in the micro-workout because at least it was something, eh?
