I had an amazing smoothie post workout today. Here’s what I did:
- 0.5 c. Greek yogurt
- 2 handfuls of blueberries
- a few bits of watermelon and watermelon juice (you know how it collects in the bottom of the container after you’ve diced it? I just poured it on in there.)
- some water to thin it out
Blended up and oh so tasty! I forgot to take a picture because it disappeared fairly quickly.

That sounds yummy. I love blueberries.

Sounds so yummy. I love blueberries and water melon is my favorite melon. I don’t have a blender though. :/
